Technical Introduction: The pipe cleaner is inserted into the pipeline and pushed forward by hydraulic force. The water flows from the tail wing into the internal vibration system, contracting violently and expanding rapidly, oscillating repeatedly to generate countless bubbles. After being ejected from the nozzle, the bubbles suddenly burst, producing a dense high-pressure jet. High pressure jet forcefully hits pipe scale, achieving thorough and effective cleaning of pipelines.
Technical advantage: Spherical pipes are the easiest to pass through curved pipes, so the pipe cleaner can smoothly pass through curved pipes with a radius of curvature less than 1D, and there is no limit to the number. If the diameter change, deformation, and metal jamming of the pipeline do not exceed 1/5 of the inner diameter of the pipeline, the pipe cleaner can pass smoothly through by relying on its structural advantages through elongation and contraction; The jet sprayed from the front end of the pipe cleaner blows the scale into powder without any scale blocks, so the cleaned scale will not block the front passage; An independent cyclone channel is designed and installed on the pipe cleaner, and the liquid flow will pass through the pipe cleaner, forming a strong tornado like vortex in front, carrying the cleaned scale particles to the discharge outlet. The scale particles will move down and will not accumulate.
