Technical Introduction

This process technology uses fully low-temperature and low-density self bonding sand control particles as the main material. This new sand control material is a new type of sand control material independently developed by our company. It is mainly composed of sulfoaluminate, with the addition of bauxite, limestone, hard gypsum, dihydrate gypsum and other auxiliary materials. After high-temperature calcination, it is ground and screened into 14-20 mesh particles, and then dried at 60-80 ℃. It has the characteristics of wide well temperature adaptability, low specific gravity, and self bonding. It is a new sand control process technology with more promotion significance after conventional mechanical sand control and organic chemical sand control.

Technical advantages

1. The artificial rock core formed by the sand control particles has multiple interconnected pores and uniform pore distribution, which not only has high permeability but also has good sand control effect.

2. The well temperature has a wide range of adaptability, and can be cemented and solidified within the range of 0-120 ℃. After solidification, the high temperature resistance can reach 350 ℃.

3. High permeability, permeability 2-70D, can be freely adjusted according to reservoir conditions.

4. After sand control, there are no other tools in the wellbore and no further treatment is required.

5. Strong hydrophilic properties can effectively inhibit water phase flow and improve oil phase flow ability.

Adapt to well conditions

1. Oil, gas, and water wells that have corrosion and deformation in the casing of the production well section and cannot be used with conventional mechanical protective tools.

2. Oil, gas, and water wells with small-diameter casing for side drilling.

3. The formation produces fine sand with a median particle size of ≤ 0.1mm, which requires sand control treatment for oil, gas, and water wells.

4. Conventional oil, gas, and water wells that require sand control.

Equipment requirements

1. One set of sand control truck, with a construction displacement of 2m3/min, including pump truck, sand mixing pry, and instrument pry.

2. One set of 400 type or above pump trucks, several clean water tank trucks, and sewage tanks.

3. Clean water or a certain amount of filtered and degreased wastewater in this block.
